Hey there,
Just a quick post today as I am getting ready to head up north to one of my sacred places... the cottage... this is where I dream of all winter long and when summer sets in this is one of the only places I long to be. As a child we spent a lot of time at the family cottage and when my grandparents sold, my life was left with a bit of a void. 10 years ago my mother achieved one of her dreams and purchased her own little place on the lake! My mother is a beacon of light and hope in my life. Monday will be her birthday and the whole family will unite at the cottage in celebration of this beautiful country we live in and our beautiful mother who brought us here and has had the pleasure of showing us around. What a beautiful world we live in. I feel so blessed to be right here in Canada(talk to me in January and it might be a different story... lol... but I am working on that too).
